NHS Brochure Design

We were approached by the NHS to review and update their patient information booklet for the thoracic surgery day care department. Our task was to make the booklet more patient facing friendly and less daunting.

After consulting patients and the medical team, we set out to create a modern, visually driven booklet, replacing the medical jargon with user friendly everyday language written in the first-person perspective.

Due to the overwhelming positive reaction to the new booklet, we have been asked to review all patient facing documentation for the department.
