Going against the grain...
Merchants Mill is a new London micro mill on a mission to challenge the traditional marketplace and capitalise on the growing trend in home baking. Consumers are looking for quality ingredients to elevate their own loaves, but the flour aisle was anything but inspirational.
Working closely with the founders, Daniel & Francesco we set out to make the brand feel artisanal, independent, and disruptive, whilst highlighting its organic ingredients, unique traceability and environmentally friendly credentials. Wrapped in craft paper and with a new badge of artisan honour, we’ve elevated the experience of buying flour.
Aside from conceiving the brand identity, we also designed the packaging and crafted all online and offline marketing promotional materials.
Through our efforts, we've heightened the allure and perceived worth of a common everyday ingredient, ensuring this is one product that doesn’t get left on the shelf.
